Lost Packages and Shipping Issues
Once we send an item, it is at the mercy of the carrier. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, we highly recommend it. Please write us prior to making your purchase so we can set-up a listing that includes the added cost of the shipping insurance. We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Also, please take care to list a secure shipping address to avoid problems with loss and theft. 

International customers
Shipping can take from 2 weeks +, so don't wait until the last minute. All packages may be subject to customs and any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not Soulmatte.




Alterations 
It could be, that you will need alterations done in order to get the perfect fit for you and your bridal party. Soulmatte designs does not offer alteration services on ready to wear gowns and is not responsible for the cost of alterations, so please choose your size carefully. Dresses are made to order, not custom made to specific measurements. The price of the dress does not include alterations. We are not responsible for any alterations made after you receive the garment. We always recommend choosing the larger size if a measurement falls between sizes. It is much easier to take in a dress than deal with one that is too small.

Damage and Loss

We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping.
